Japanese paper balloons or kamifuses are made of sturdy wax paper. These cute balloons can be inflated and refilled as needed with a simple blow. Kamifuses were originally developed as a toy for children and used for a loose type of volleyball, but nowadays are also used for decoration purposes.

There is no string attached, but can be easily glued on and used as decoration.
